We partnered with KLC to build CrowdWeaving, an innovation challenge platform that helps organizations collect ideas, evaluate them fairly, and surface the strongest solutions. The platform streamlines participation, tracks challenge progress, and uses AI to summarize feedback and highlight common themes.
CHALLENGE
Organizations needed a structured way to run large-scale idea challenges, but manual review processes were slow and inconsistent. Gathering feedback, scoring ideas, and identifying patterns across hundreds of submissions required a centralized system that could keep participants engaged and evaluators aligned.
SOLUTION
We developed an end-to-end platform with multi-round challenges, idea submission flows, collaborative feedback, point-based evaluations, and automated AI summaries. Each round includes clear scoring, guidelines enforcement, and smart reporting, helping organizers manage the full challenge lifecycle easily.
